You really don't have to answer any of this if you don't want to. I am curious, but I also understand you have a product to sell. If you are using NVSRAM all you need is a 74HC00 Quad NAND logic chip to act as an address decoder, a few de-coupling capacitors, a 100u Capacitor to perform the write to flash on power down, and a latch into the serial code to send a high signal to pin A15 (8000h=10000h) of the 6303 MC that is tied into the WE pin of the SRAM chip. (Basically set a write flag, instead of the read flags the stock routine sets) This should allow writing to memory at will, and very stable, not to mention FAST. Leverage the built-in serial routine that Consult uses for data aquisition, traces, etc. and eliminate the emulator. Mike
